These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Cargo Cart marketplace website and mobile application.

Platform Role and Function

Cargo Cart operates strictly as an intermediary technology platform (an e-commerce marketplace) that facilitates transactions between independent third-party sellers and buyers.
We do not manufacture, store, own, or directly sell the vast majority of products listed on the platform. The contract of sale is strictly a bipartite contract between the buyer and the seller.
Cargo Cart is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of contract entered into between buyers and sellers, nor do we guarantee the exact specifications (such as quality, color, or exact dimensions) of the items offered by sellers.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and conduct transactions on the platform.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accurate Information: Buyers must provide accurate shipping addresses and contact details. Cargo Cart is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout.

Product Listings, Pricing, and Availability

All product prices, descriptions, and availability are determined solely by the respective independent sellers.
While we strive to ensure seller accuracy, Cargo Cart does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.
Sellers reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Payments and Logistics

Payment Gateways: All online payments are processed through secured, authorized third-party payment gateways. Cargo Cart does not directly capture or store your net banking or credit card details.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD availability is subject to the courier partner’s serviceability at the destination pincode and the seller’s individual store policies.
Shipping: Delivery timelines displayed on the product page or checkout are estimates provided by our third-party logistics partners. Unforeseen delays due to weather, regional disruptions, or transit issues are outside of Cargo Cart’s direct control.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cargo Cart and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability regarding any specific order is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the buyer for that specific transaction.

Modifications to Terms Cargo Cart reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
